The area’s newest purpose-built timeshare project opened in the summer of 2015. The Ocean 22 tower located at North Ocean Boulevard and 22nd Avenue is comprised of 220 luxuriously-appointed condominium style units including one-, two- and three-bedroom ocean view and oceanfront suites. Located in the heart of the Grand Strand and overlooking the Atlantic Ocean, the property also includes an outdoor feature pool, indoor pool and hot tub, pool bar, lobby bar, fitness center, grab-n-go deli and a dedicated kids’ area. Guests can also enjoy direct access to the public beach from the resort’s private pool deck area.
